The Team is competing at the 2025 World Muay Thai Expo is Des Moines, Iowa!

Fights will be streamed live - and we encourage members to attend at least one day to witness America’s biggest Muay Thai event of every year!

CHECK OUT THE 'MUAY THAI MALL' IN THE ATRIUM ON WEDNESDAY!
Vendors will be set up in the Atrium during check-ins! They will relocate to the foyers during the competition.

Wednesday, June 18, 2025 -
9:30am - 5:00pm
Mandatory Check-in for Fighters
Where: Host Hotel/Venue: Holiday Inn Airport DSM
* Check-In (Must reserve check-in time!)
* Complete Paperwork
* Confirm Weight (pre-check outside on pre-check scale)
* Complete On-Site Physicals
* Check-Out: Receive Welcome Bag, Event Shirt, and Equipment Pass
(All fighters MUST present a Photo I.D. at check out!)
Due to numbers, we will have a HARD CUT-OFF at 5:30pm! If you are flying, we strongly suggest arriving the day before to avoid travel delays. We will not accept late arrivals this year.

Invitation to participate in Dehydration/Weight Cutting and Concussion Study by Ohio State University Research

Mandatory Welcome/Informational Meeting for Coaches & Fighters.
Where: Ringside at Venue: Holiday Inn Event Center

Reweigh/Check In for ALL fighters in Championships bouts. Fighters can only step on the scale once. If weight is missed, we will move to the next logical option and offer a new fighter the chance to weigh in and take the forfeited spot. Stay on weight! ALL check-ins must be completed by 8am!

*We may be able to take a VERY brief lunch break each day but we will not make that decision until each day has started and we're able to see if we have the time allowance. Please plan accordingly. The hotel has a pantry by the front desk and "The Grill" in the courtyard! It serves a variety of food. Very good!
